2. Data We May Collect From You.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a). Information that you provide by filling in forms on websites operated by Vrai. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use any of our Site, subscribing to any services offered on our Site including but not limited to email mailing lists, competitions, games, interactive services, posting material, or requesting further services. That information will usually include your name or a username and your email address, though from time to time some of the services we provide may mean that we ask you for more information. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Vrai, and when you report a problem with any of our Sites;
(b). The correct country or other territory in which you are located or are accessing our Sites and your correct date of birth, which we require that you submit accurately to ensure that you do not access our Sites if you are not of legal drinking age in the country or other territory in which you are located or are accessing our Sites;
(c). If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
(d). A Vrai representative may ask you to complete surveys to be used for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
(e). Details of any transactions you carry out through any of our Sites and of the fulfilment of any orders by you;
(f). Details of your visits to our Sites including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access; and
(g). Any information we may collect about you from third party or off-line sources, and which we may combine with information collected via our Sites.
3. IP Addresses and Cookies.
We may collect information about your computer (including, where available, your IP address, operating system, and browser type) for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. Our Internet servers may also keep track of the number of visitors to our Sites, the pages they visited and how long they stayed. None of this information includes any personal information about you. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general Internet usage by using a “cookie” file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
4. Where We Store Your Personal Data.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as a part of a registration scheme or a security procedure to enable you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. In particular, you should not share your password with anyone who is not of legal drinking age in the country or other territory in which you are located or are accessing our Sites or to anyone in a country or other territory where use of our Sites is not permitted.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to any of our Sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Use of Personal Information.
We may use personal information collected from you to provide specific services that you request, as well as to provide additional services that may be of interest. For example, we may use your personal information in the following ways:
(a). Marketing Communications. We may use your personal information to communicate with you about our products and services, and those of our subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies, and any of their related businesses.
(b). Marketing analysis. We may use your personal information for internal marketing analysis, for example, to assess trends amongst our customers or to measure the amount of traffic to our Sites.
(c). Transactional purposes. We may use your personal information to respond to your queries and requests, maintain your accounts, and manage transactions such as credit card payments for any goods that you order from us or our agents, or for the fulfilment of such transactions (e.g., delivery).
(d). Referrals. When you provide us with information regarding another individual, such as when you request that we send someone information from one of our websites, we will send that individual only the information you specifically requested that we send. We will not send them additional communications based on your providing us with their information. You must certify that your friend is of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where he/she is located in order for us to transmit the requested information.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information.
We value your personal information and only share it with third parties that provide it with adequate protection. From time to time we may disclose personal information to:
(a). Third parties to whom you have provided your consent;
(b). Our service providers and subcontractors, including our affiliates, retained to perform functions on our behalf, or to provide services to us (such as warehousing and delivery; marketing and advertising; credit card and data processing; age verification; software development; website hosting and management; information technology and office services; legal, accounting, audit and other professional service providers; and other services related to our business), provided such service providers and subcontractors do not collect, use, or disclose the personal information for any purpose other than to perform such functions on our behalf, to provide services to us, or as otherwise required by law;
(c). Third parties who, in our reasonable judgment, are providing or seeking the information as your authorized or appointed legal agent; or
(d). Carefully selected third parties, including our affiliates, to send you third party marketing and promotional information that may be of interest. In such circumstances these organizations may be bound by confidentiality obligations and restrictions on the use of your personal information. We will obtain your express permission before we allow a third party that is not an affiliate to send you any such marketing and promotional information;
(e). A person or entity, including our affiliates, in the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, financing, reorganization, or liquidation whereby we transfer, sell, or assign to such third party information concerning your relationship with us, including without limitation, personally identifiable information that you provide and other information concerning your relationship with us; and
(f). Law enforcement, governmental or regulatory agencies, or other third parties in order to comply with applicable law, or where we believe such action is necessary in order to comply with applicable law, or to detect, protect, or defend us and/or other third parties against error, negligence, breach of contract, theft, fraud, or other illegal or harmful activity, to comply with our audit and security requirements, or to audit compliance with our corporate policies, procedures, legal, or contractual obligations.
7. Public and Interactive Areas of Our Sites.
We take security seriously and take precautions to keep your personal information secure. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, we have no control over the privacy of any communication while it is in transit to us. We therefore recommend that you not include confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information in any such communications.
In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your personal information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you of that development. If such a notification is appropriate, we will endeavour to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and, to the extent we have your email address, we may notify you by email.

10. Permitted Communications.
If you have given permission to receive communications about Vrai products and services generally (for example, by opting to receive news and special offers by email), you may from time to time receive communications about products and services to which you have not opted in specifically. Any such communications will provide you with an opportunity to unsubscribe from the brand in question and/or from all Vrai communications.
If you have any privacy-related questions, concerns or complaints, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
